In order to provide a complete control solution for our customers, Igranic is pleased to offer the following services:

Delivery, Siting and Installation

Our experienced team of installation engineers will carry out off-loading, crane hire, positioning, bolting down and re-assembly. This will ensure that equipment is brought into effective service in the shortest possible time and that all warranties and product guarantees are maintained.

All busbar bolts would be tightened to the correct torque recommendations and every installation would undergo Megger and Ductor tests, with tabulated results provided for your project records. Additionally we can provide flash and injection testing as the specific installation requires.

All Igranic Service Engineers carry the ECITB Safety Passport, with team leaders also carrying the relavent Supervisor's passport. They are trained in safety procedures and to recognise applicable National Standards.

Commissioning

Igranic provides a full commissioning service that will ensure a successful conclusion, long and trouble free extended life, to any project no matter how complex.

Training

We can provide either at our factory or on site, tailor made training courses to meet the needs of both operational staff and maintenance engineers.

Routine Maintenance

Regular maintenance is essential to ensure maximum reliability and long operating life. Our maintenance team can carry out all necessary work at times to co-ordinate with end users production needs.

Emergency Call-Out / Helpline

Control gear problems that threaten production? Igranic can provide the rapid response required ensuring minimum down time.

Site Surveys

Our Engineers can conduct site surveys during the speification stage of a project in order to advise on the best method of off-loading and installing of electrical equipment.

Power Supply Surveys

Our Engineers have the total capability to select the most effective and efficient motor starting characteristics for your facility and electrical supply conditions.
