PSJ Precision
Fabrication was formed as an extension of the expanding PSJ
Fabrications to meet customer demands. Utilising the latest in
Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) equipment to produce
competetively priced components to fine tolerances, from a wide range
of materials. An ongoing investment policy for CNC machinery and
software ensures that PSJ stays at the cutting edge of this technology.
Totally customer
driven, PSJ Fabrication use Amada CNC/NC machines to guillotine,
punch, notch and fold components, controlling work schedules to meet
delivery times.
To compliment this
facility PSJ are able to offer a wide range of welding techniques for
all types of materials and specifications (MIG, Cynergic MIG, TIG,
Arc & Gas to BS 4872 parts 1 & 2), using skilled and coded welders.
Direct on line
programming and memory storage systems, with the aid of computer
graphics, enable PSJ to dimensionally inspect the component prior to
manufacture. This facility also allows for limitless duplication of
identical components following their initial manufacture.
The flexibility of
our software also allows us to easily convert customers CAD drawings
into CNC machine programs via DXF file transfer.
PSJ Precision
Fabrication are able to offer a wide range of finishes from its
in-house paint facility, or plating and anodising to the highest
possible standards, via approved suppliers.
