Each cubicle is horizontally divided, for compartment sizing, into Space Units (SU), the smallest size being 2SU and each compartment being in multiples of 80mm. |
Cubicles are available in heights of 1760mm; 18SU (low height), 2000mm; 21SU (medium height), 2240mm; 24SU (full height). Depths available are 500, 724 and 917mm, the latter dimension being suitable for back to back configuration. The main frame is fully welded for strength and rigidity, with doors, shelves and mounting plates bolted in position (with single side access) for re-configuration and modification work. Power Centre is manufactured in 2mm, 3mm thick quality steel throughout. |
Safety vents are provided in each load compartment to expel and cool gases in the event of fault conditions. |
The doors utilise chrome plated and bushed hinges that allow a wide opening angle (minimum 140 degrees) and positive closure on to the fully gasketted door surround. Removable full height covers are provided at the rear of each cubicle, all doors and covers being dished for positive alignment to retain the high degree of ingress protection. Covers and doors have shaped key latches and covers have additional location brackets for ease of fitment. |
Corner units, in-built desks, wedge shapes and customised designs are also available. The unit can be tailored to include copper connections for power control equipment. |
Refinements such as glazed panels and mimic diagrams can be readily accomodated. |
PSJ is comitted to complete quality control and customer satisfaction with products designed to achieve excellent performance coupled with operator safety. |
