Intelligent Control

An increasingly important area of interest within many industries is the introduction of 'intelligent control'.
Through the use of electronic devices, PLC's, computers and networking at varying degrees of complexity the operator / end user is now able to extract and monitor a huge amount of information from their control equipment and processes. This in turn enables their systems to operate at peak performance levels at all time, reduce running costs, reduce maintenance costs, improve efficiency and gain an overall better understanding of what is going on on the shop floor, in their factories or within their processes.

As we are a continuously evolving company, we have invested a lot of time integrating new technologies into our own products and have recently developed a partnership with one of the leading and highly respected companies in this field, Rockwell Automation, and as a result we are now one of their Intelligent Motor Control Partners.

Igranic has provided offered PLC and HMI packages for many years and we have built up a large amount of expertise. We predominantly use Rockwell / Allen Bradley products but as we are an independent company we also design and build systems using other manufacturers; GE Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Symax, Omron to name a few.

We are also experienced in the implementation and commissioning of different control networks. Among those frequently used are DeviceNet, ControlNet, Ethernet, DH485, Profibus, Modbus, DataHighway Plus, Fibre Optic media.

Intelligent control, PLC systems, SCADA and HMI products are available with any of our products. We have supplied packages which incorporate remote I/O on our high voltage switchgear, basic packages on our low voltage equipment right through to a full SCADA / HMI solution.
